My Approach

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will use a collaborative approach to help gain insight and develop a deeper understanding of the challenges you face. With empathy and compassion, we aim to enhance your sense of well-being and foster a positive outlook on.

​Counselling can really help you by giving you a chill space to talk about what's on your mind. It's all about figuring your challenges and finding ways to handle them, which can seriously boost your mental health. Talking things through can help you understand yourself better, grow as a person, and improve your relationships. In the end, it’s a great way to tackle life's ups and downs with confidence and clarity.

I am a member of Scotland’s counselling governing body, Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA), adhering to their ethical framework and. Additionally, I am a member of Moray’s Alliance of Counsellors, which offers ongoing learning training opportunities, allowing me to connect with other local counsellors to share knowledge and experiences.
